Michael Legister - Partner
Michael joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2005. Michael is part of our litigation team and does general commercial and company work. He has particular expertise in employment, property and company litigation. In addition Michael is also experienced in the drafting of commercial agreements, including partnership, shareholders and business terms and conditions.
Prior to joining the firm Michael had varied experience acting for banks and developers and was also a group legal adviser to a construction and engineering PLC.
Michael also acts as a company secretary for various companies and is also a notary public.
Michael's most challenging case in recent times was a race discrimination case that went up to the Court of Appeal. His case was subsequently reported in "The Times".
Michael is an aspiring polo player although sadly his horse riding skills leave much to be desired.
