Adrian retired as senior partner in April 2002. He is now our business law consultant.

He has long experience of advising individuals and businesses on a wide spectrum of commercial matters.
His work covers company and partnership formations acquisitions, sales, mergers and reorganisations including partnership and shareholder agreements.

He in conversant with the taxation aspects of transactions and can prepare terms of trade and other business agreements.
He solves businesses problems with third parties and disputes between partners and shareholders third party.
